Silvia is the CEO and Founder of Hikaro Capital a New York-based boutique financial and investment company advising Funds, Family Offices, and HNWI.

Silvia graduated with a degree in International Economic Relations and subsequently became an ACCA member. She started her career in Consulting and Private Equity Investments while working for the largest companies in the industry, like KPMG and Blackstone. 8 years later she transitioned to Venture Capital Investments while working as a Venture Investor for Unicorp Capital (Dubai) and VU Venture Partners (San Francisco).
 

To date, Silvia made investments in start-ups across the Enterprise, Consumer, PropTech, Fintech, and HealthTech industries and she is actively mentoring Founders in the pre-seed to seed stages.

Additionally, she is an Executive Board Member of NYC Innovation Collective – an alliance of over 100 of NYC's top accelerators, corporates, and universities working to support innovation in New York City, and a Mentor at The Founders’ Institute – a start-up incubator.

Silvia is building a start-up community of DeepTech Founders out of NYC named “FounderSquare” sponsored by Newlab, Google, and Microsoft.
